Copa Fácil review and alternative for soccer leagues
Copa Fácil is a Brazilian tournament maker app for almost any sport, with a free plan and paid plans from $4.70 a month. FLM System is a Copa Fácil alternative built for soccer leagues that collect team fees. The referee runs the match on a phone, teams pay online, the table updates itself, and you pay from $1 per team per month. The admin panel, the league site and the referee app all work in Spanish.
Leagues that already run on FLM System
Six-a-side, futsal, indoor and corporate leagues in Poland, the UK, the USA, Kazakhstan and the Solomon Islands run their seasons in FLM System.
FLM System vs Copa Fácil
Plans, prices and features for Copa Fácil come from its own website and its App Store and Google Play listings, checked in November 2026.
The referee runs the match from a phone
In Copa Fácil, the organizer or a moderator you've added types in the score, and the standings and scorers recalculate. Neither its website nor its store listings mention a separate referee role.
In FLM System every referee gets their own login and runs the game on a phone, with nothing to install. They check in the players who showed up on both teams and log goals, assists and cards by the minute, against the player who made them. If you'd rather have a coordinator do it from the sideline, that works too. Fans see the live score, the table counts games in progress, and a red card keeps the player off the roster until the suspension is served.

Collect team fees without chasing anyone
Copa Fácil lets teams and players register through a link, but its site says nothing about collecting fees. So the money still comes in the old way: cash at the field, Zelle or Venmo, and a note on your phone to track who has paid.
In FLM System each team manager opens the Payments tab, sees what the team owes and pays by card on Stripe's checkout page. The money lands in your own Stripe account, FLM System takes no commission, and every team's status updates itself. Cash payments go on the same list, and a team that owes money can be blocked with one click.

What a season costs on each platform
Copa Fácil costs less. Creating tournaments, adding teams and entering results is free, with ads. The Custom plan costs $4.70 a month for up to 300 players and 3 sponsors per tournament ($39 billed yearly), rising to $6 and $7.50 for 600 and 900 players. Professional, with unlimited players, costs $10.30 a month ($86.50 a year). One subscription covers all your tournaments.
FLM System starts at $1 per team per month, so a 20-team league starts at $20 a month, with unlimited leagues, games and players. You pay more, and the difference goes into match day and team fees: a login for every referee, online payments with no commission, and the AI assistant.

An assistant that does the league admin for you
Connect your FLM System account to the assistant you already use, like Claude or ChatGPT, and write to it the way you would to a co-organizer: set up the winter season, add six teams, build a round robin on Wednesdays at 7 and 8 pm, push round five back a week. It has the same permissions you do, sees only your organization and can ask before every change.
The new league and its schedule arrive unpublished, so you check them in the panel before any team sees them. Copa Fácil's site lists nothing like it.

Moving off Copa Fácil without losing your history
The scary part of switching is the archive: last season's table, the rosters, who scored how many.
Anything you keep in Excel or Google Sheets comes in through the CSV import: teams first, then players, with sample files so you don't have to guess the format. We migrate past seasons' results for you, so the new season starts with that history already in place.

Built for soccer, priced per team
An app that works the same for a chess tournament and an esports bracket leaves the soccer work to you: typing in scores on Sunday night, checking who is suspended, answering the group chat about who leads the scoring race.
FLM System does one thing. Scheduling, a referee app for match day, online team fees, automatic tables and stats, and a league site players check between games.
Referee app
The match runs from a phone and hits the table live.
Online payments
Team fees go to your Stripe account, no FLM System cut.
Per-team pricing
From $1 per team per month, unlimited players.
What league organizers say about FLM System
When Copa Fácil is the better choice
Copa Fácil does plenty of things we leave out on purpose. It covers almost any sport, it has a native app rated 4.8 on both the App Store and Google Play, you can use it for free, and its paid plans cost less than ours. For a one-weekend tournament, a neighborhood cup or a league that doesn't charge fees, it's hard to ask for more. It also makes result graphics for Instagram and WhatsApp and offers support on WhatsApp. If that is what you need, stay with Copa Fácil.
A league that charges 20 teams a fee every season needs different things: a referee who runs the match from a phone, payments you don't have to chase, and a correct table before everyone gets home.

Frequently asked questions
What organizers ask when they look for a Copa Fácil alternative.
How much does Copa Fácil cost?
Copa Fácil is free to use, with ads. The Custom plan costs $4.70 a month for up to 300 players per tournament, $6 for 600 and $7.50 for 900; billed yearly, that is $39, $50 and $62.90. Professional, with unlimited players, an API and spreadsheet import, costs $10.30 a month or $86.50 a year. One subscription covers all your tournaments.
What is the best Copa Fácil alternative for a soccer league?
It depends on the league. For a short tournament or a league with no fees, Copa Fácil does the job and costs less. If your league charges team fees, has regular referees and you want results in the table while the game is on, a soccer-only system like FLM System fits better.
Does Copa Fácil have a referee app?
Its website and store listings don't mention a separate referee role. Results are entered by the organizer or by moderators added to the tournament. In FLM System every referee has their own login and runs the game from a phone browser.
Can teams pay their league fee online?
Not according to Copa Fácil's site, which mentions registration by link but not fee collection. In FLM System a team manager pays by card on Stripe's checkout page, the money goes to your own Stripe account and FLM System takes no commission, so you only pay Stripe's processing fee.
Is FLM System available in Spanish?
Yes. The admin panel, the public league site and the referee app all work in Spanish, so a Latino league can run its whole season in the language its players use.
Can we move our league from Copa Fácil?
Yes. Teams and players come in through the CSV import from a spreadsheet, and we migrate past seasons' results for you. Larger moves, with several seasons or competitions at once, are quoted once we have seen your data.
How much does FLM System cost?
From $1 per team per month, with unlimited leagues, games and players and a 14-day free trial. A 20-team league starts at $20 a month, with the referee app, online payments and the league site included. Non-profits that don't charge fees can get a free plan for one league of up to 15 teams.
