Team payments module

Collecting entry fees and subscriptions is one of the most thankless parts of running an amateur league: who has paid, who paid half, who needs a reminder, and it all drifts between a notebook, a spreadsheet and messages. FLM System closes this into a single Payments tab on every competition. For each team you set a price, whether an entry fee or a season subscription, and then record payments as they come in. The system shows each team's status by itself: paid, partial or unpaid, together with the amount and the payment date.

One button marks a team as fully paid, and a search by team name finds any side in a second, even in a large league. A team that owes money can be blocked so it is not submitted to matches until the balance is cleared. You have the full financial picture of the competition in the same place where you run the league: no separate spreadsheet, no counting by hand and no wondering whether a given team has already paid.
