Soccer league scheduling software for multiple leagues
FLM System is soccer scheduling software for organizers who run more than one league on the same fields. You add your teams and pick a format. The system then gives every game a date, start time, field and referee for the rounds ahead. All your leagues are planned in one pass, so a field or referee booked in one competition can't be booked again in another.
The schedule also feeds everything that happens during the season. Referees record results on their phones, the live league standings update on their own, and players find their next game on your public league page. If you are still comparing tools, our buyer's checklist for league scheduling software lists the questions worth asking. Our guide to round robin scheduling covers the math behind the pairings.
From a team list to a full season in three steps
Start with your teams. Upload them from a CSV file, with players in a second file, or type them in by hand if the league is small. Most organizers export the CSV from the spreadsheet they already keep, and the system includes sample files with the right columns already in place.
Then generate the games. Choose how many times teams meet: once, home and away, or more rounds. The soccer league scheduling software builds the pairings for the whole season in round robin, cup, groups plus cup, league plus cup or a league phase in the Champions League style.
Last, schedule the rounds. Pick how far ahead to plan and every game in those rounds gets a date, start time, field and referee. You can lock in the next three weeks now and schedule the rest later, so a change in October doesn't force you to rebuild November.

Field hours, referee availability and team requests in one schedule
The scheduler works from the rules you would otherwise keep in your head or in a notebook. Every field has its opening hours, and you can close one for a single date when a tournament or maintenance takes it over. Referees mark the days they can work, and each referee stays on one field for the whole evening.
Teams can block days or times when they can't play. Late kickoffs and Sunday games are spread evenly across the league, which keeps the same team from collecting every 9 p.m. slot of the season.
Some games won't have a free slot. Those stay undated and go onto a short list for you to place by hand, and the system checks your manual changes too. Two games can't end up on the same field at the same time by accident.
A rained-out week moves with one button that reschedules the whole round. You can also add rounds mid-season without touching the dates teams already know.

Soccer scheduling software for several leagues on shared fields
FLM System runs multiple soccer leagues from one account. A Monday men's league, a Wednesday coed league and a weekend 7v7 division can share the same fields and referees, and the scheduler plans all of them together. Nobody gets double-booked across competitions.
Each league keeps its own teams, table and public page. Fields and referees belong to your organization as a whole. Single-league tools build every schedule on its own, so you only find the clash on game night when two leagues both expect field 2 at 7 p.m.
Whoever runs the Wednesday league can work in the same schedule as you. Invite co-organizers by email and they get the same access, with no shared password passed around the group chat.

Results, standings and a public page run from the schedule
A schedule generator hands you a grid of games and leaves the rest to you. In FLM System the schedule is where the season starts, and three things run from it automatically.
Results from the referee's phone
The referee logs goals and cards in the referee app during the game. The score lands in the schedule and nobody has to type it in again.
Standings that move during the game
The table counts games in progress, refreshes every 15 seconds and shows with an arrow who just moved up.
A league page players check themselves
Your public page shows each team's next game, field and kickoff time. Move a round and the page changes with it, so you get fewer "when do we play?" messages.
Soccer scheduling software priced per team
FLM System costs $1 per team per month, and that price covers scheduling, the referee app, live standings and the public league page. A 10-team league pays $10 a month.
Generators that charge by the number of games get expensive faster than they look. Ten teams playing each other once already make 45 games, and a home-and-away season doubles that to 90.
You can try everything for 14 days without a credit card. Set up a real season with your own teams and fields, generate the schedule and see the first round on your public page. Then decide.
