Online rules and consent forms

League rules, photo consent, privacy notice: instead of paper sheets signed at the field, half of which go missing just when you need them, you add your league documents in the panel. Team managers and players with an account accept them online in the team registration form and during account activation, and every document gets its own page on your league website. Rules can be mandatory, so a team can't register without accepting them. Photo consent is voluntary and a player can withdraw it at any time, while the privacy notice is shown for information only.

The list shows how many people have accepted each document, and the details show who, when, which version and where. If you change the rules mid-season, the system saves a new version and shows it to everyone it applies to the next time they open the panel. Earlier acceptances stay in the history even after you delete a document, so in a dispute you have a record of who agreed to what.
