FLM System grew out of a simple need: running an amateur football league should not mean hours lost in spreadsheets, Messenger groups and recalculating the table by hand after every matchday.
We built software for small football leagues – six-a-side, indoor football, socca and corporate leagues. In one place you keep fixtures, results, tables, scorer stats and communication with teams. What used to take an organiser an entire weekend now happens automatically.
We went for simplicity and a fair billing model – you pay per number of teams, with no hidden costs and no subscription you will not use. FLM System grows with your league, whether you run one matchday a week or several competitions in parallel.

Football has been with me for as long as I can remember. I trained from the age of 6 to 16, and later played amateur football – in the Futbolowa Liga Szóstek, a six-a-side league, in fact. I know the pitch from a player's perspective: I know what a well-run matchday looks like, and how frustrating a mess in the schedule or a table that does not match what happened out on the grass can be.
It all started with Ronaldinho. I fell in love with the way he played when I was three, maybe four, and I have supported FC Barcelona ever since. He is the reason football became more than a sport to me – it became a passion that has stayed with me for years.
As Head of Product, I make sure FLM System develops towards the real needs of organisers and players, not just assumptions made from behind a desk. I look at the product through the eyes of someone who has stood on the pitch himself and checked the results after the match himself.
Fingoweb is behind FLM System
FLM System is no amateur project. Behind it stands Fingoweb – a software house with 15 years of experience that builds custom software for companies in Poland and abroad every day.
Behind us is a team of over 50 experts who know how to design systems you can genuinely rely on. We have delivered large-scale projects for the Futbolowa Liga Szóstek, among others, as well as companies across a range of industries such as IMS, Vheda Health and MetalTop.
This combination of technical experience and a real understanding of amateur football is what makes FLM System stable, polished and built for the people who actually organise competitions.
Sławomir Wilusz
Fingoweb is led by Sławomir Wilusz – the company's founder and CEO, who has been programming for over twenty years. In that time he has delivered more than 200 projects for clients in Poland and abroad, including Onet, EnveloBank, DNB and IMS.
In 2013 he founded Fingoweb and, over a decade, grew it into a software house with a team of more than 50 specialists. At the same time he is building the startup Sellizer, where as CTO he is responsible for the technology. So he knows the entire journey of a product first-hand: from the idea, through the first version, to a stable tool with real users.
It is his approach – to build software that survives contact with reality – that stands behind FLM System too. Instead of yet another plugin, you get a product designed by people who take responsibility for the system simply working.
