The league administrators list in FLM System with active accounts and invitations waiting for activation

League co-organisers

A league is rarely run by one person. Someone builds the schedule, someone else collects team registrations, and on matchday another person keeps an eye on the results. In many leagues this ends with one shared account and a password doing the rounds on WhatsApp. In FLM System you invite more administrators to the league panel using just their email address, and each of them logs in to their own account.

The invited person receives an email with a link valid for 7 days, sets their own password and gets straight into the panel. The administrators list shows who has already activated their account and who is still pending. An invitation stuck in a spam folder can be resent with one click, and one sent to the wrong address can simply be cancelled.

All administrators have the same permissions, so there are no roles to set up and no need to keep track of who can change what. Everyone works from their own account, and the panel password stops being common property of the whole crew. An administrator differs from a team manager in scope: a team manager sees only their own team, while an administrator runs the whole league alongside you.
