Online entry fee payments
Entry fees are the money a league waits for longest. A team manager promises a bank transfer after the match, someone pays cash at the pitch, and at the end of the month you are matching a bank statement against the list of teams. With FLM System, teams pay their entry fee online, straight from the panel. The team manager opens the Payments tab, sees what is still owed for the competition, clicks Pay and goes to Stripe's secure checkout page. They pay by card, in full or in instalments.
The money goes straight to your own Stripe account, which you connect from the Payments tab. Your organisation's details and bank account are entered on Stripe's own pages, and you get the full Stripe dashboard for payouts and refunds. FLM System takes no commission on these payments: you only pay Stripe's standard transaction fee. You set the price once for the whole competition, and if one team has a different arrangement, you change the amount just for them.
Once Stripe confirms a payment, the team's status updates by itself, from unpaid to partly or fully paid, with the amount and date. Every team has its own online payment history, refunds included. Cash and bank transfers are still recorded by hand in the same list, so every payment in your league sits in one place and you can see straight away which teams still owe money.
